Meet Nan Smith by VIDEO who, along with her family, has been a longtime member of Resurrection. Nan has been involved in different facets of leadership in Women’s Ministry over the years. She’s gotten involved more recently in Crossroads Ministry as both her and her husband have moved into the retirement stage of life. Nan is also a Congregational Care Pastor and has been for a number of years. One of her biggest joys she celebrates is become a grandmother in the past year but during stay at home has been missing her granddaughter “Like CRAZY”. Nan shares with us today how she’s been affected with this stay at home we are living in. Even having many things to worry about in the world and personally, with a son graduating college, her daughter and son-in-law both in the healthcare field, and just the sadness of not being able to go out in the world — she expresses gratitude for the ways that the church, and specifically Pastor Adam have guided our community to see hope. Nan takes us on a spiritual journey with the premises of Jesus offers us more than we can imagine or believe. God continues to be our constant and focusing on our constant allows us to see, feel, and know hope in the midst of uncertainty and chaos.
